CONFIDENTIALITY
Your confidentiality is very important to us and will be respected. Your session and any data we collect including completing the New Client Intake and Consent Form or requests to join our mailing list is used strictly for Back in Harmony Bodyworks services. Your file will be available only to you and those with a release form signed by you.
CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS:
Appointments may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment’s scheduled time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the treatment price.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to still accommodate the full session. However, if your tardiness makes it impossible to complete the full service, you are still responsible for the full treatment price.
NO SHOWS:
In the event of not showing for an appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the treatment price.
